Construction Site Full-Height Pedestrian Gate
Automatic reset to prevent collisions
Prevents unauthorized access
Prevents climbing and crawling
After card reading, if passage is not granted within the specified time, the system will automatically cancel the access permission. The time limit for this restriction can be set by administrators.
The double-door full-height turnstile is an advanced version of the full-height turnstile, integrating two core advantages: a double-door interlocked safety transition chamber and dual-channel parallel control. While retaining the 1.8-2.2 meter fully enclosed physical barrier of the traditional full-height turnstile, it further enhances security and passage efficiency, making it the preferred passage management equipment for high-traffic, high-security locations.
I. Core Definition and Structural Features
The double-door full-height gate consists of two independent full-height rotating barrier systems, forming a “front and rear double-door” structure through precise linkage control:
- Double-door interlocking design: The front and rear doors form a closed transition space. The second door is only allowed to open after the first door is completely closed, completely preventing tailgating, backflush, and forced entry.
- Barrier configuration: Each door is equipped with 3/4/5 stainless steel barrier bars (commonly 4 bars in a cross shape, 90° rotation), with a diameter of 50-80mm and a length consistent with the door height.
- Overall specifications: Standard height 1.8-2.2 meters, double-passage width approximately 1400-1600mm, single-passage width 550-600mm, suitable for normal human passage dimensions.
- Material and process: 304/316 stainless steel frame and barrier bars, brushed surface treatment, corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant (can withstand 500N). (Impact force above)
- Core Components: Dual-mechanism system, interlock control module, identity recognition device (card reader/facial recognition), direction indicator, LED status lights, infrared sensor, emergency unlocking mechanism
II. Working Principle (Dual-Door Interlock Process)
- Pre-verification Stage: Pedestrians complete identity verification at the first door (card swipe/facial recognition, etc.)
- First Door Opening: After successful system verification, the first door rotates 90°/120°, allowing pedestrians to enter the transition cabin.
- Door Reset and Locking: After pedestrians enter, the first door automatically resets and locks, forming a closed transition space.
- Second Door Authorization: After the system detects that the first door is fully closed, it automatically authorizes the second door to unlock.
- Second Door Opening: The second door rotates to open, and automatically resets and locks after pedestrians pass, completing the single-person passage process.
- Abnormal Handling:
* Tail-following into the transition cabin: The system immediately locks both doors and sounds an alarm.
* Power Failure: Both doors automatically unlock to ensure emergency evacuation.
* Anti-pinch Protection: Automatically stops rotation and reverses to reset upon encountering resistance.
III. Core Functions and Advantages (Dual-Door Exclusive Features)
Functional Features Detailed Description
Dual-Door Interlock for Ultimate Protection: The transition cabin design creates a “safety buffer zone,” completely eliminating tailgating, climbing, crawling, and reverse passage, achieving a security level far exceeding that of a single-door full-height gate.
Dual-Channel Parallel Control:Two independent systems can be configured with separate passage rules (e.g., entry from one side and exit from the other), increasing passage efficiency by 50%-100%, suitable for high-traffic areas.
Intelligent Linkage Control:Supports seamless integration with video surveillance, alarm systems, and visitor management systems, enabling “identity verification” and real-time alerts for abnormal behavior.
Multiple Safety Guarantees:Four safety mechanisms—anti-pinch, anti-collision, anti-reverse, and anti-tailgating—combined with LED status indicators and buzzer prompts, ensure safe passage.
Flexible Operating Modes:Multiple combination modes can be set, including two-way card reading, one-way card reading + one-way free passage, and two-way prohibition, to meet different scenario needs.
Strong Environmental Adaptability:Waterproof and dustproof rating IP54 and above, allowing stable operation in various harsh indoor and outdoor environments (high temperature, low temperature, humidity, dust).
Self-Detection and Maintenance:Built-in fault diagnosis system monitors the door status in real time, providing alarm prompts for easy and rapid fault location and troubleshooting.
